Rupert is an experienced business journalist, having covered commodities markets at Bloomberg News for over 7 years. Since leaving Bloomberg in 2019, he has worked freelance for a wide variety of clients in sectors ranging from carbon markets, financial services, smart tech and the energy transition. While his specialism is ghost-writing thought leadership pieces, Rupert has also been a host on a channel that looked into the climate crisis from an investor perspective. Away from his laptop, Rupert is a keen cricketer and footballer. He also speaks an increasingly rusty Spanish and Portuguese after studying those languages while at the University of Manchester.
